Our work with Port Royal Borough began in January 2021.  Since that time, we have worked on several items within the Borough.  One of our efforts was to support the construction of new restroom facilities at the Moyer Park funded by an Act 13 – Marcellus Legacy Fund Grant from Juniata County.  A larger effort was to develop a master plan for the long term projects at the park shown below.

Recently we were successful in securing $250,000 for the Borough to rebuild portions of Milford and 8th Street. 

We have also supported the Borough’s efforts to assure all residents that future development will proceed appropriately.  As a part of this effort, we have contacted the Army Corp of Engineer’s who has scheduled to perform a Flood Plain Management Survey and Planning on the storm water systems within the Borough.
