We have supported the Borough of Middletown in several ways since the Spring of 2018. We have provided Expert Witness Testimony, prepared a Review of the Proposed Water Rate Increase for 2019 and reviewed PFAS Water Contamination Issues in 2019/2020.

In the Fall of 2018, cb3 Solutions was selected to perform a treatment study to assist the Centre County Correctional Facility to comply with Bellefonte Municipal Authority’s Municipal Industrial Pretreatment Program.

We were first retained by ESSA in summer of 2018 to assist in the review of a private developer’s extension to this small rural sewer system. By the winter of 2018/2019, we had also completed an Act 57 Tapping Fee Study for them.

The owner’s of Swatara Mobile Home Park have been operating a private wastewater treatment plant for almost 30 years. This small treatment facility several a total of 25 EDUs. The owner’s wanted to “get out of the sewage business” and the Authority, Authority’s Engineer and Owners reached out to cb3 Solutions to get them through the Planning, Design and Construction of a new Pump Station in order to connect to the Northern Lebanon County Authority.
